  WHO WE ARE  

 
        We are a grassroots organization in Palacios, Texas established in    
        February 2003 to help unwanted, neglected, abused, or abandoned
        animals.  We have foster homes and an adoption facility.
 
  OUR GOALS

Establish a low cost spay/neuter plan to help prevent unwanted pets

Build a no kill shelter

Find good homes for adoptable animals currently being destroyed

Establish a Trap/Neuter/Release program for feral cats

Educate children and adults about responsible pet ownership
